Fast Food Nation

We were raised to crave the foods we crave.

What kind of sadistic society do we live in that raises us to crave chocolate and pop instead of carrots and eggplant.

We are continually being sold things that are bad for us - Big Macs and cigarettes.

Let's make a buck well we can. Who cares if the product gives people lung cancer and heart problems.

It's a sick, sick world.

Sounds like someone's been hanging out in Houston, F*cking, Texas. Next time, try Austin! As for cigarettes, a little tobacco can be therapeutic, like the Indians know about. Chcocolate is actually quite harmless, but, yeah, burgers...they can be gross. Best eathen in moderation. Eggplant is queer, man! -Fez

I've never actually had eggplant.

I'm curious about what it would be like though.

There are a few girls at work who are big on peanut butter and pickle sandwiches. Now that's just wacked.

I don't know if the McLean burgers made it up to Canada. I don't remember them.

But the fries, coke and buns . . . yeah, they're all a problem.

I suppose that's why they offer more salad-type things now. However, I think the salads are more meal salads. I don't think side salads are available as replacements to fries yet.

Yeah, McDonald's is just bad in general.
